Question: hi ur clinic is lil far for me .but today i visit my doctor she did scan transvaginal and repot is :- USG shows a small sac in the uterine cavity n 4w 5d < dates i.e 5w 3d . normaly while passing urine sometimes i have white discharge but today it is lil brownish and my doctor cont same medicine and increased the dose of GESTOFIT SR 300mg from today she started pasfol also . is it ok can this pregnancy grow

Good to see you back.

At 5 weeks and 3 days pregnancy is small sac and difficult to visualise. Hence measurements of 4 weeks and 5 days us fine as it is not possible to accurately measure it now.

Your pregnancy looks good as of now. Brownish spotting is not a concern. Nothing to be worried.

Continue gestofit and other medicines as per your doctor's advice.

Repeat ultrasound scan after 2 weeks. Let me know if you have any more questions.
