Question: I am 41 and fairly recently I have been feeling a sudden intense need to masturbat ,3 to 4 times a day until i reach O.
Sometimes this can take up to 2 hours!. I find I need to use a vibrating wand as well for added stimulation, and the wand heats up allot sometimes,, well this morning I woke up and once again my clitoris felt so achy,, right away I noticed an uneven lumpy mass right beside my clit,,, I'm so embarrassed about asking this

Based on the facts that you have posted itching around clitoris and lump near clitoris is mostly a granuloma that has been developed repeated trivial injury during rough ,vigorous masturbation .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime and anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water and Betadine solution twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters (Masturbation)till it heals up completely.
