Brief Answer:
Clinical examination and investigations as suggested

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Female/53 - visited a Doctor - medications none - large, rapidly growing mass on clavicle - right front - mostly solid - on front, behind and under clavicle - wrapping around - wants professional opinion.

Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
- Since when is this present?
- What are the symptoms from the beginning till now?
- Any Investigations?
- Since a Doctor has examined you, what was his opinion and advise?
- Any other history that you would like to share?

The commonest causes I can think of with your short history are:
Such a mass that wraps around the clavicle can be
a lipoma or
a lymph node.
Other less common can be:
Mass from the clavicle itself,
Sebaceous cyst,
lymphangioma,

This can be well diagnosed by:
Clinical actual examination- palpation, ausculation.
High resolution ultrasonography and color doppler examination.
FNAC if ultrasound indicates so?
Contrast enhanced CT scan o MRI as per the ultrasound findings. CT better if bony in nature and MRI if from soft tissues.

I hope, this answer helps you in proper diagnosis and a plan for further management.

I did see an Endocrinologist and the Ultrasound showed a lesion. I have also developed a cough and have headaches everyday.. my divorce was final so without insurance I could not follow up with that Doctor. The Endocrinologist did try to perform a needle biopsy, but she could not get to the lesion due to location.

My father is suffering from esophageal cancer and my 30 year old daughter is battling Pancreatic Cancer. A lot of cancer in family on both sides.

Thank you.

Detailed Answer:
Noted the feedback.
I can understand, you must be going through a lots of stress and anxiety.
It is then imperative to get an early diagnosis:
This is possible by Radiological findings, clinical correlation, FNAC and/or biopsy.
It is better to get an early diagnosis.
FNAC is the easiest way in most of the cases. Biopsy is required if the FNAC is doubtful.

Please get these done as soon as possible.
Please post the report of Ultrasound.
