What Causes A Cluster Of Pus Filled Bumps In The Pubic Area?
Question: Any idea what this is? I noticed it in the shower after my workout. It doesn't itch and only hurts if I touch it.

I can see a raised fleshy area, composed of multiple small bumps, probably fluid filled. I would keep a possibility of either 'Bacterial skin and soft tissue infection' Or 'Herpes simplex'.
Where is it located? Can you upload another image taken from a distance?this is too close up.

It is in the pubis area, where I shave.

This looks like genital herpes to me. Grouped, fluid filled, vesicles. I suggest you to apply a topical antibacterial e.g neosporin ointment Or mupirocin ointment, twice daily for a few days. It should heal in about 5 -7 days.
