at first hypertension may be a concern but hypotension will come later followed by bradycardia (low heart rate). Central nervous system depression with symptoms like drowsiness and somnolence. Respiratory depression is likely too. Arrhythmias are possible and ECG monitoring is warranted.
If you've just taken them then you should visit the ER at once, to have them removed from your stomach and take activated charcoal to prevent absorption. Close monitoring will be needed to avoid the overdosage complications.
