Brief Answer:
Some more work up may be needed.Post reports of tests

Detailed Answer:
hello

The symptoms described by you do need work up with thorough physical examination, xrays, MRI and blood tests. It may take some more visits and time ,to conclude diagnosis.
Causes can be several like hip arthritis, spinal osteoarthritis with nerve impingements at facet joints, lumbar canal stenosis, neuro-vascular causes etc,
If MRI and x rays of spine and hips, pelvis been done there has to be some finding , which , probably, doctors may have not told you yet till complete tests and work up gets over.
I would add - a gynecologist opinion may also be sought to rule out pelvic inflammatory or uterine, cervix causes, any growths (benign or malignant) secondaries from primary growths etc-all have to be looked for to arrive to final diagnosis.
If indeed all show normal, then metabolic causes, osteoporosis, calcium, vitamin D deficiency need to be explored for with Dexa bone scan
Doppler ultrasound for circulatory impairment in lower limbs may also be done, besides neuro=physiological studies of nerves in lower limbs
So, kindly wait and follow the plan as doctors may be doing
You may post reports of tests to this forum also to provide us details of work ups done so far
Regards
I hope she is getting pain medicines and supportive treatment
