fever, chills, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, jaundice, change in stool

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are different diseases that can affect the gallbladder such as: (a) cholecystitis- this is inflammation of the gallbladder due to different causes eg stones, a mass in the gallbladder

(b)gallstones

(c)cancer of the gallbladder

(d)polyps or non cancerous growths of the gallbladder

(e)choledocholithiasis- blockage of a bile duct causing inflammation to the gallbladder

These are some of the more common gallbladder conditions though there are others.

In general these would cause fever , pain, nausea and vomiting along with other symptoms.
The pain may vary slightly in location eg in cholecystitis-the pain is in the upper right side or upper mid part of the abdomen

In choledocholithiasis, the pain may be in the middle of the abdomen

In addition to fever, pain and vomiting- there may also be chills, change in stool color (may be pale), jaundice

Blood tests to check for certain liver enzymes (which can be increased in gallbladder disease), bile levels may be needed if gallbladder disease is suspected

Imaging may also be needed

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
