Question: Hi there.
I'm 34 and underweight and have anxiety and panic disorder.
Recently I have noticed that my left hand goes numb when I eat sugar but then it goes away soon after?
It really scares me and I'm very worried I am diabetic . Am I?
I have been to my GP and she says its anxiety.....

your symptoms are not suggestive of diabetes. You may please do a fasting blood glucose ( FBG) and HbA1c to look for evidence of diabetes.
