What Are The Symptoms If A Concussion?

Question: fell 7pm outside today.triped.head hit tree a goose egg on my head.couple other swollen bumps 1 on arm and one on right leg.felt alright till bedtime 11 then felt nausa and threw up bile.how do i tell if its a concousion.slight headack.,no problem with vision

I am so sorry to hear about this fall and the headache that you have reported. A concussion would often go with an initial loss of consciousness. Also, you would expect severe headache as symptoms. If you didn't loss consciousness and these symptoms are moderate, then it is very unlikely to have been a concussion. This would most likely represent headache resulting from the fall and not otherwise. I will suggest that you get enough rest, take tylenol and observe. Unless something else comes up, there is no need to seek further immediate medical attention at this time.
