Brief Answer:
SARMs

Detailed Answer:
I know what SARMs are but thank you for offering to spell out the acronym.

SARMS lack the vast evidence base that is available for most prescription medications which undergo rigorous safety trials for FDA approval. So no one knows a whole lot about their safety and effectiveness.

Potentially, they can cause the following side effects:

●Liver problems

●Mood problems, such as being aggressive

●Too many red blood cells and a higher-than-normal risk of blood clots

Moreover, they can cause the testes to stop making natural testosterone and sperm. They also cause men’s breasts to grow (called “gynecomastia”).

So clearly they can have dangerous physical, mental, and emotional side effects.
After stopping these drugs, people can feel severe depression and moodiness.

You could be causing harm to your body that you cannot reverse. Instead, use healthy options such as good nutrition and exercise.

So to summarise, SARMs can cause you to have physical problems like breast growth and shrunken testicles, severe acne, baldness or hair loss, liver abnormalities and tumors, blood clots and heart disease

Furthermore, it is possible to experience emotional and mental issues such as
angry outbursts ('roid rage') or aggressive behaviour; paranoia and hallucinations
