Brief answer....fatigue in short term and weight gain in longterm
Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
ADIOEX is a very widely prescribed diet pill in the market and is generally given for maximum 12 weeks because of its high addictive nature.
Ideally it should not be quit cold turkey and should be weaned gradually by tapering the dose to a lower level and then it should be quit.
Short term effects of quitting it cold turkey are fatigue, low mood, loss of sleep etc.
Longterm side effects are weight gain.
In case you start getting the withdrawal effects you can minimise them by ...
Drinking plenty of water
Eating fresh fruits and green vegetables
Doing regular aerobic exercises, yoga, deep breathing exercises and prananayama.
Avoiding fatty foods.
I hope it helps, however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
