I just tired dip once and now i have a leasire in the side of mt cheek with little white dots around it could it be oral cancer?

The lesions and white dots sounds like you have an infection or blocked salivary glands. It is very unlikely someone your age would get oral cancer.

I do recommend that you see your medical provider so they can look at the lesion and prescribe the proper medication. You may need to be on an antibiotic or an anti-fungal medication depending on what the find on your exam
