Question: I have accidentally taken 2 100 mg tablets of metopropol instead of one for a week. How do I go back to one a day.

It depends on your blood pressure and pulse. If blood pressure is within 110/70 and 130/80 and pulse 55-70 bpm, then there is no need to go back to the previews dose. If you have low blood pressure and/or pulse or complaints, such as dizziness, then you should try to downtitrate your metoprolol, with 25 mg steps a week.
