Brief Answer:
Nothing serious.No need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic.

Calamine lotion contains zinc oxide. It can become poisonous but only when it is taken in very large quantity orally.

As you have taken only one teaspoon and also you have vomited it out immediately,so it will not cause side effect to you.

So,nothing to be worried and be rested.

You can take two glasses of milk and plenty of water.

If vomiting does not subside by itself then you can take over the counter anti-emetic like domstal or Tab.ondasetron 4 mg.

In case your vomiting persists with stomach discomfort or upset, then it would be advisable to go to the ER.(most probably it will not require).

Hope this will help,if you have any other query please feel free to ask.

Thanks and Regards,
