Brief Answer:
Won't affect sexual performance

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

The long term effects of prostate enlargement are urinary retention, urinary calculus, Urgency in passing urine, increased frequency of urination, blood in urine etc.

It won't affect the sexual performance.

The treatment is mainly combination therapy with tamsulosin / alfuzocin and fenastride. Usually this will control grade 2 prostatomegaly. If urinary obstruction occurs then surgical removal is needed like laser removal of enlarged glands.

Hope I have answered your query. If any further queries are there I would love to help.
