What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Through Unprotected Sex Without Ejaculation?

default
Posted on Wed, 1 Apr 2015
Question: Hi, My question is regarding pregnancy. Me and my girlfriend had unprotected sex 2 and half weeks before but I didn't cum inside her vagina as it spilled over her stomach and thighs & but even to be secured from anything I asked her to clean from Inside also and Even that has been done but still we r freaking out whether there is a little chance of pregnancy or not. We did anal sex also after 2 hrs of above. No test has been done so far and she is completely normal. Her period is due in coming 3 days so we are waiting whether the same getting delayed or not. Do you think she can get pregnant by all this which I have mentioned ? Also if she get pregnant is there any chance to abort it using medicines which are safe as we don't want to involve our parents. Our country is not normal to this hence we are worried so much.

Brief Answer:
Little chance of pregnancy, if present then can be aborted using medicines

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX, I have gone through your question. Having unprotected intercourse is always involved with a chance of pregnancy. Since you have not ejaculated inside her vagina, the chances are very less but sometimes while you are withdrawing the penis just before ejaculation, a little bit spills inside. However, anal sex is not associated with a chance of pregnancy.
I would suggest both of you not to worry so much. If she delays her periods, then do get a urine pregnancy test at home.
If it is positive, then you can abort it using the medical method of abortion. In that case, these medicines can be taken under the supervision of a registered medical practitioner. The medicines used for abortion are safe.

Wishing you both good health.

She hasn't gt the period yet. When I discuss the same with her then she also keep thinking nd take a bit stress. She told me that may be because of her low in iron making her periods delay and she had a week delay too some months before. Hence she feels that we should wait 1-2 days. We both are in so panicking stage specially me, bcoz we live in different cities & she lives with her sister who herself is a doctor. This all is completely new to both of us. We don't know even what to do or what not to do, what is gud for us and what is not.
You also mentioned that if pregnant than can be aborted using medicines mentioned above , but are they safe at home 100% ?. Do you know some clinics in NCR where confidentiality is maintained as we don't want our families or relatives or even her sister to get involve in it. Also I have read during my last few days that these medicines are not completely safe and may even require surgery if not help completely and it may even cause infection in uterus. Also I have gone through some articles mentioning natural abortion techniques like having high dose of vitamin C tablets or Parsley which may enforce a missed period or even help in abortion. Also Kindly let me know which thing is most safe and secure in terms of future so that she may not have any problem later on. what is the time duration of both the abortion methods medical & surgical. And how surgical has been done. Is there any side-effect of any kind of abortion ? How to be ensure about not happening of infection later on is any antibiotic is suggested ?. If possible kindly help me with your email so that I can get in contact more if needed. Kindly help us. Thankyou

Brief Answer:
wait for 3-4 days for spontaneous periods to occur

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX, thanks for responding. She is correct in saying that she should wait for 3-4 days more for spontaneous periods to occur. Excessive stress also leads to hormonal imbalance in the body, which may delay periods.
Medical method of abortion takes approximately 2 weeks, while surgical evacuation is done within short duration. Both are safe, but has some chances of complications. Uterine infection is usually controlled by the antibiotics given by the treating doctor. The efficacy and safety of medical method is not known.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back to us for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
