Question: I've had breast implants since '98 and today I noticed on of them is much flatter. I think I have a leak. Do I need to see the doctor today, or can I wait until office hours on Monday?

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

A breast implant rupture and leakage ,should be evaluated as soon as possible but it isn't an emergency so it can wait until Monday.
When a silicone implant is found to be leaking, it need to be removed and this is easier when it is done earlier after the rupture because the silicone gel it is still contained within the implant capsule .

Hope it helps.
Please feel free to ask if you have any question.

Kind regards,
