Brief Answer:
Risk of HIV is too low.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query. Welcome to health care magic.
I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
I have gone through the details.

The chances of transmission of HIV by single unprotected intercourse with a HIV positive person is 1/200 to 1/1000.It is very low.Condom failure has lower risk than unprotected intercourse. So the chances are too low.She may be negative too.

You can get her tested for HIV.
You can also get tested for HIV and other STDs as a baseline.
The symptoms are non specific and does not suggest HIV. It is likely due to simple respiratory infection due to respiratory contact with any person

You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
