Brief Answer:
No chance

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for posting the query,

First, there are four bodily fluids that contain enough concentration of the virus to transmit it. They are:

Blood
Semen and pre-seminal fluid
Vaginal and cervical secretions
Breast milk

The Hiv is transmitted only by these body fluids.

There have been no reported cases of transmission via contact with the various surfaces (e.g., toilet seats, kitchen utensils, door knobs), through the air, closed-mouth kissing, or via insect bites.

So you can be double assured that you do not have any chances of getting HIV by sharing the glass of drinking water.

Any issue do follow up.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
Not possible

Detailed Answer:
Hi, As i told earlier the HIV virus will not be active once it is out of the body in air. So even if the blood from lips touch the glass and that glass is used also the virus cannot be transferred. HIV is not spread by orally.

You can be assured that HIV is not spread by the water glass.

Any issue do follow up.
