What Are The Adverse Effects Of Alcohol Consumption Along With Ornidazole?
Question: I had had three strong beer after completing 5 day course of Ornidazole 500 , will this cause severe problem for me?

Ideally alcohol should be avoided with drugs like Metronidazole and Ornidazole. However, the interaction of alcohol are more with Metronidazole and very rarely with Ornidazole. But it is not common to have sweating, restlessness, anxiety, palpitations, vomitings following beer consumption after Ornidazole.
If you have completed the course of Ornidazole yesterday only, then the probability of side effects would be less. In case, you have taken the last dose of Ornidazole today only, then the chances of side effects are the most.
In such scenario, I would advice you to drink plenty of water and go to sleep. If you experience any such side effects, you would require to see your doctor.
