Brief Answer:
It is probably nothing.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

It is marker of either liver disease or bone disease. A recent fracture could explain it. If there is no recent fracture, I suggest repeating the blood test in a week or so. If other liver enzymes are elevated, I recommend an ultrasound of the liver.
Thanks.

Thanks for the Reply Doctor.

No Fracture. Are you suggesting normal blood test (Complete blood picture) test or anything specific?

Regards.
