Hi XXXXXXX

Thank you for posting your query.

Your Body mass Index (Weight in kg/height x height in cm ) is 24.6, You are within the normal range.

Following would be my suggestion.

1. Drink plenty of water through the day.
2. Incorporate aerobic as well as non aerobic exercises in your routine.
3. Eat small frequent meals.
4. Increase protein intake like legumes, sprouts, milk etc.
5. Have 5-6 portions of fruits or vegetable.
6. Avoid carbs at night.
7. Avoid alcohol, smoking and aerated drinks.
8. Get good restful sleep in the night.
9. Lead a stress free life.

I think you are doing a wonderful job already with the exercise that you have started. I would suggest that you stick to it for wonderful results.

Hope I have answered your query.
