Valsalva cause pressure difference and is a yogic practise so help in BM.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query dear,
Have gone through your details and I appreciate your concern,
There is no point of coming to Hi Fi diagnosis like Vagal nerve problem etc directly.
See if a person is constipated the food would be acted upon by bacterias causing fermentation. This releases large amount of gas causing bloating.
Now what is the cause of constipation- Stool formed is excreted by contraction and relaxation of intestines.
Initially a colonoscopy should be done to look for the proper motility of intestine.
In colonoscopy they would insert a soft and flexible tube with high definition camera inside your anal canal to look into your intestines.
Secondly if any problem with nerve is suspected then a MRI has to be done because problem with nerves are not reflected in a CT scan.
Valsalva cause the thoracic pressure to become higher then abdominal pressure and hence you could pass bowel moment.

Have you tried laxatives?
Have you changed your diet to high fiber diet?
Have you worked to sort out normal things which causes constipation?
Have you taken any medication for gas and bloating?
Used probiotic?

Please provide details of medications used till date and response to them.
Golden rule of medicine is rule out common thing first.Rare things do occur but rarely.
Please reply.
Thanks.

Ive tried changing my diet around...adding milk taking it away, avoiding grains, fruit adding fruit. I seem to get gassy no matter what i eat. I think thats what causes the bloating but then sometimes i cant pass the gas. And had to push on my stomach or move around to pass it. Ct didnt show any blockage. I had my gallbladder out 10 years ago. Ive always had a bm every day since then. No diarrhea just one loose stool ever day. The biggest issues i am having are super gassy..thats new...bloated..thats new palpations was new but seems to have gotten better. It seems like food sits there...then goes through to fast.

Brief Answer:
Follow up suggestions.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again dear,
I would suggest you to go for a planned colonoscopy as advised above.
Till then-
Take Fybogel husk-Fybogel sachets and Fybogel Hi-Fibre sachets both contain the active ingredient ispaghula husk, which is a type of medicine called a bulk-forming laxative. Ispaghula is a type of fibre. It swells when it comes into contact with fluid in the gut and thus increases the volume of the feces. It increases the bulk in your stool, an effect that helps to cause movement of the intestines. It also works by increasing the amount of water in the stool, making the stool softer and easier to pass. Psyllium, one type of bulk-forming laxative.
Use fish oil and castor oil-Fish oil is believed to encourage healthy digestion and castor oil produces a laxative effect when ingested
-Fruits and vegetables, which contain high amounts of fiber, aid in alleviating symptoms of constipation,Whole-grain bread, XXXXXXX oatmeal, beans and lentils can also relieve the problem so use it Instead of highly processed rice, eat brown rice, millet or bulgur.
-Eat 2 cups of fruit 3 cups of vegetables and about 35 grams of fiber per day
fruits: Generally all fruits, except banana and XXXXXXX fruit, are beneficial in the treatment of constipation.
Pears are beneficial in the treatment of constipation.
Guava fruit when eaten with seeds, gives roughage to the diet and helps in the normal evacuation of the bowels.
Grapes: have also proved highly beneficial in overcoming constipation. The grapes have the cellulose; natural sugar and organic acid make them a natural laxative fruit. Not only they clean the bowel, but also tones up the stomach and intestines to relieve the chronic constipation.
For bloating take activated charcoal tablets thrice daily.
Take Prisolec once daily before breakfast.
Over the counter probiotic like econorm should be taken two times a day.
Tis should help.
Follow up with colonoscopy reports.
Thank you
