Hi Sir,
Please find the attached pictures of affected area, tried fourderm cream but it will be fine while using it but again it's coming back. Not going permanently

Hello
Thanks for the photographs.
You have developed fungal infection.
Please don't use fourderm cream, it contains steroid and can cause more harm than benifit.
You can use ointment Lulliconazole twice daily application and tablet Terbinafine 250 mg daily in night for a month.
Use ketoconazole soap on a regular basis.
This should help you.
