Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Thanks for replying back,

I have gone through your scan report. You seem to have findings consistent with Acute sinusitis and pharyngitis.
Ideally most cases of acute sinusitis tends to resolve on its own in a few days time. Since you have associated pharyngitis, you may require a course of antibiotics for 10-14 days.
I would suggest you to do the following:

- Take adequate rest and drink plenty of fluids.
- Steam inhalation 2-3 times daily.
- You may use OTC nasal decongestants(oxymetazoline).
- You can discuss the need for antibiotics with your physician. A combination of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid can be taken.
- Saline nasal spray can help to clear the nasal passages if required.
- You can also buy OTC cough depressants with phenylephrine, dextromethorphan.

I hope this helps,

Let me know if I can assist you further,

Regards
