Although wrinkling of skin in the upper thigh region can occur with age but redness surely suggests some pathology.
I would like to know if have any associated itching as well.
Since when do you have this problem.
Have you been applying anything over the affected area like any medicines or creams or oil.

Brief Answer:
Fungal infection, apply antifungal

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

The site you have mentioned , as well as the type of skin rash, suggest that you have developed a fungal infection of the groin region.
You should avoid applying any oil over the affected area.
Apply canestan cream twice a day for two weeks.
Wear cotton undergarments so as to avoid sweating and friction.
If however, inspite of the above treatment the skin lesions persist or tends to increase, then you will surely have to see a local doctor for proper examination and treatment.
