Question: hello sir, should I take supplements to increase my weight. my age is 27 and iam only around 50 kg

And frankly I do not think you should try supplements.
Most of them work because they contain steroids and that is not a good component to take.
I would suggest gyming and taking protein supplementation to support your gym needs.
