Brief Answer:
Combined dose due to two CT scan is far below the safe dose.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

It is right that radiation exposure due to CT scan may cause damage to ovaries but it is generally seen in high dose.
Now a days,CT scan machine uses spiral technology(covers body in very less time) and it delivers very less radiation to the patient.

However, radiosensitivity varies with follicular stage and most epidemiological studies shows little evidence of genetic diseases in low dose that is used in CT scan.

Normally, abdominal CT scan may deliver 8.0 mGy radiation to patient and is far below the safe dose.

Congenital anomalies have been observed in high doses (1–5 Gy).
Permanent ovarian failure may occur after exposure to 14-15 Gy.

In short, there is no need to be worried,it is not likely to affect fertility.
You can take anti-oxidants empirically. It is good for health and fertility.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
