Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

There are subdivisions of cholesterol – LDL, HDL and so on.
HDL is good cholesterol – higher, the better.
LDL is bad cholesterol – lower, the better. In the absence of any other risk factor 100 is ideal for LDL-C. In the presence of other diseases (especially Diabetes and/or established heart disease), 70 should be the aim. Your value is 146!

Keep your weight to normal / even a little less
Quit smoking, if you are a smoker
Do regular EXERCISE – say walking or jogging - 30 minutes a day / at least 5 days in a week. Isometric exercise (like bull worker) is bad.
Healthy FOOD is a must. Avoid saturated fats – coconut oil, palm oil, butter, ghee, full cream milk...Avoid junk foods in particular – French fries have palm oil / Pizza has cheese / XXXXXXX sweets are made in ghee.../ Change to Poly-un-saturated oil – like sun flower oil. / Include Mono-un-saturated oil – Olive oil.

Repeat the test in 2 to 3 months.
Cholesterol can still be high, in spite of diet and exercise – you need drugs; because it is also manufactured in the liver – and that is determined by heredity. Statin is the first choice. Some start it straight away – even with normal levels, even without problems (Primary Prophylaxis).
Because of the high level, most probably, you may need drug....

Obesity / Diabetes / Thyroid insufficiency / Alcohol / over eating / some drugs like Beta-blockers / Diuretics are a few other causes. It is generally genetic [inherited /running in family]

Brief Answer:
BMI is nearly normal...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

You do NOT need any other test

A normal TMT excludes Coronary Artery Disease… Congrats

Your BMI is 25.5 – borderline…
76 Kg will take you to BMI of 24.8 / 57 kg will be 18.6
[Normal weight = 18.5–24.9 / Underweight = <18.5
Overweight = 25–29.9 / Obesity = BMI of 30+]

You should get prescription from your Physician…
Atorvastatin is old and time tested / used by millions / The dose is 10 to 80 mg. / We generally start with 20 mg –
May step up after 2 to 3 months / and/or add another drug like Ezetimibe or fibrate

Regards
