Brief Answer:
Needs Extraction of milk teeth..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your query your daughter is 6 years old and her milk teeth are not yet fallen and the permanent teeth are growing behind the milk teeth..

Well, in this condition the permanent teeth can get mis-aligned due to lack of proper erupting space due to over-retained milk teeth..

So it is better to consult a Pedodontist ( Paediatric Dentist) and get evaluated and if the milk teeth are not showing signs of falling then they will have to be extracted to.let the permanent teeth erupt in appropriate position..

Please write back for further queries..

Thanks for your response.

The milk teeth is shaking for a month now and is expected to fall. In that case, we can just wait for it to fall naturally?

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Get it extracted

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome back..

If the teeth are shaking then it's better to get it extracted, as not only it will be easy but also will not interfere with eruption of permanent teeth further..
