Brief Answer:
Rest, hot procedures.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HealthcareMagic,

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

it is necessary first to get a correct understanding of the cause of your pain.

If you didn't have any significant knee trauma recently, arthritis should be considered.

Besides naproxen that you are using, hot procedures on the knee, resting the affected knee, avoiding extensive knee bending (squatting for example), using knee sleeves, and muscle relaxers drugs should help improve your condition.

If no improvement in few days, get examined by an Orthopedic surgeon.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Kind regards.
