Question: I'm 5'10, 35 years old, 250.3lbs and have a 42inch waste. I want to be back down to 205lbs and have tried all diets, eating plans, swimming 2x per day and cannot seem to ever lose more than 10lbs in 6 months. Are there any pills out there that can really help shrink fat cells?

Brief Answer:
Phenteramine, forskolin are options

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Phentermine and topiramate combination is possibly a safe medication for weight loss. However it will serve only as a kick start as diet and exercise , if not controlled, would cause the kilos to comeback as soon as you stop the medication. Forskolin is another option that can be considered in consultation with your doctor.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks

Anything you could recommend OTC? Second, would investing in a good water alkaline ionizer help or is that just all hype?

Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
hello again.

1. There are no OTC products available for weight loss except forskolin in some places. You may check to see if its available in your place or not.

2. Water alkaline ionizer does not have any additional health benefits that justify its expenses.

Thanks

I'd like to question once more about the ionizers. If my tap water has 200+ PPM but an ionizer makes it go into negative like -300 or -400 ORP, doesn't that turn my water into an Antioxidant? I received my info from this link. It's about 8min video but it will show the ORP in bottle water which is much more acidic in the PH range of 4-6 versus using an IONIZER making the water more in the PH range of 7.5 - 9.5.

Thanks, XXXXXXX
