Brief Answer:
Get a USG and hormonal profile done

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for contacting HCM.
With contraception for 3 months, you may be on triphasic pills . As you have been amenorrhoeic for last 3 months now and that the pregnancy test is negative then you must get your hormonal profile test done to look for any progesterone deficiency and also an ultrasound pelvis to evaluate the endometrial thickness. If thickness s more than 10mm , then you may opt for withdrawal bleed with progestins like Medroxyprogesterone acetate, to resume your menses.
Please visit your physician for USG.
