Suggest treatment when suffering from chronic prostatitis

Question: I suffer with Chronic Prostatitis type 3b ( a Biofilm infection ) consisting of 4 organisms...E Coli, Haemolytic Streptococci, something Parasitic and Gonnorheae, and I am allergic to penicillan. Can you please tell me which specific Antibiotics are best for treatment ?

Thanks for query.
You have been diagnosed to have Chronic Prostatitis due to mixed bacterial infection
.
You have not mentioned about the sensitivity pattern of organisms causing this infection.

Please get culture of the urethral discharge obtained after prostatic massage or semen culture done to know the sensitivity of organisms so that you can take appropriate antibiotic to combat infection.

In the mean while you can combination of Amoxicillin and Clavulanic acid (Augmentin ) along with Erythromycin and later on switch on o antibiotic as per culture report.

Thankyou very much, but....the organisms in a Biofilm infection are almost always un - cultureable, albeit after 12 years, ecoli and streptococci have been cultured. This infection is infective and curcumstances have wholerightly proven that all four previously mentioned organisms are present. Due to Negligence, and criminal activity which involved the NHS Legal Team obtaining/Bribing a Solicitor I obtained, I can not approach the NHS. IF possible, could you PLEASE advise as to which specific Antibiotics are required to treat ALL four organisms together ? I know this is a rare and technical condition !! Thankyou xxx

Hello. you advised I take Augmentin and Erythromycin to treat my Biofilm infection. I understand that Augmentin contains Amoxicillan. I am allergic to Penicillan. Am I ok to take this Antibiotic ? Thankyou

If allergic to Penicillin do not take Amoxicillin.

If you are known to have allergy to penicillin do not take Amoxicillin ,instead you can take combination of Trimethoprim and Sulphamethoxazole (Bactrim) twice daily.
