Question: Sir what can be done to stop vitiligo from spreading and its most effective treatment i have vitiligo vulagaris on my wrist sir since 4 months how can i stop it from spreading could you suggest me some medicines

Studies have shown that the best treatment for vitiligo is steroid pulse therapy. High dose of steroid is given in weekly pulses. This effectively stops the spread of disease.
