Suggest Treatment To Remove Supernumerary Teeth

Question: My daughter has supernumerary teeth as per full mouth xray.
Doctor is saying to remove the teeth as soon as possible. Just wanted to know what is risk and also will the extraction affect the new teeth that is inside the gum?
