Brief Answer:
Possible side effect of Metformin , need further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thank you for using Health Care Magic .
I have gone through your question and I understand your concern.
According to what you describe It could be a side effect of Metformin -lactic acidosis(the lactate acummulate in your body and give all these symptoms.)
You should go to the hospital as soon as you can to do some blood test , urine test to confirn the diagnosis and start the treatment. You need to stop Metformine and start another drug.
Vomiting and diarrhea makes you loose electrolytes and you need to take infusion .
Measure your blood sugar ,your blood pressure , drink water (stay hydrated ) .
Hope I have answered your question .
Let ne know if you have any further clarifications.
Take Care !
