Suggest Treatment For Wound On Right Elbow After Injury
Question: I have been suffering from wound on right elbow from accident. I am taking medicine mega cv625 with becosules tablets and pantop 40.Please suggest me dose of MEGA cv625.And other medicine related to my elbow wound due to accident,if need .And also suffering from elbow ache,But there is not any type of broken by x ray report.Sender name-XXXX,

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Dose of Mega CV 625 is 3 times a day. Dose of becosules is once a day after meals. Dose of Pantop40 is once a day in morning empty stomach. As you are having pain you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen 400 mg after meals whenever pain with maximum 3 times a day. You may require dressing of wound.

Sir,Doctor has advised me after 3 dressing no need of dressing now.I have been using soframycine ointment and eosprin power both on wound from 2 weeks.Please suggest me better ointment or power?
