Brief Answer:
Needs some more information

Detailed Answer:
Hi there
I am Dr Mittal

I have seen your reports.
And I have read your query.

Your test report is definitely significant for the TSH levels. An indicator of Hyperthyroidism. However, from the information given in the query, I fail to surmise if there are any medications you are on. Please do let me know that bit as soon as possible.

If there are no medicines that you are taking, I would also suggest taking an ultrasound of the neck (for thyroid gland), and a thyroscan.

I would also like to know if there are any other medicines that you are on, besides thyroids (if you are taking them). Also, do you have any other symptoms?

Please respond, so I can help you further
Best of luck

Brief Answer:
This is hyperthyroidism. We need to investigate -

Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Orlica basically contain Orlistat
I am assuming you have been prescribed the medicine for obesity.
However, if you are taking the medicine, watch your liver function tests.

As for thyroids, I would suggest a medicine called carbimazole and watch your levels again in 6- 8 weeks.
Also I suggest testing your sugars and lipid profile. If already tested, do let me know the report.

As I said before, have the following tests-
ultrasound of the neck (for thyroid gland), and
a thyroscan.

Do let me know the reports so I can help you further
Best of luck

Brief Answer:
More about hyperthyroidism

Detailed Answer:
The medicine is an FDA approved medicine. It seems the thyroid gland in your body is secreting more thyroid hormone than it should. There fore we need to know why that is happening. And therefore I have mentioned the tests, cause that will tell us exactly what is going on.

As for the medicine, it is supposed to reduce the excess secretion. We cannot really give a very high dose and the medicine is best started in low doses like 5 mg, and then gradually stepped up, till the exact dose you need is achieved

I hope that helps you
