Question: I have various problems. My tooth are getting weak, i have hair fall problem and my skin is not clear as well. On the whole i think its the food intake that is not giving enough nutrients. Can you please suggest on some health supplement (Tonic, tablet or powder).
Would it be helpfull? I am looking for somwthing which would satisfy my daily needs of vitamins and minerals. Please suggest

In first place I will advise you to get evaluated by a local physician. Vitamin deficiencies like vitamin D or B12 may have such manifestations. These deficiencies can be checked with blood test.

To start with make sure you have balanced diet and light exercises daily which I am elaborating for you.

A rational combination of balanced diet moderate calories and good amount of protein and a moderate regular aerobic exercises like jogging/brisk walking 30minutes per day are enough to serve your purpose.

A diet high in protein helps to repair skin and hair. But choose foods which are high in protein and moderate in fat to boost your health.
Take Rice/Chapati and mixed pulses with milk or curds and fruits and salad as supplement.
Some additional suggestions can be:
•Dried fruit and nuts
•Fruit OR Vegetable juice along with Chicken or Paneer or Vegetable sandwiches (preferably brown bread)
•Omelette with toast or roll
•Cereal with milk
•A protein or energy bar
•A protein or energy shake
Include more of whole pulses, legumes, milk products, soya products, peanut butter, nuts and dry fruits, chicken in your diet. Avoid junk foods, oily foods, carbonated beverages, alcohol, saturated sweets which will eventually suppress your hunger, substitute with fruit milkshakes, chicken / tuna sandwich, boiled pulses like rajma, chole, paneer tikka, tofu sandwiches, dry fruit milkshakes, lassi, buttermilk, whole milk, groundnut chikki/ burfi, green banana which are high in protein and low in fat.
You may add supplement like Whey protein and multivitamin like supradyn one tablet daily to make sure you get enough nutrients.
