Vestibular papillomatosis; No active intervention required

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist and venereologist).
I have gone through your query and I have reviewed the Image. I can see monomorphic, skin colored, raised, round papillae on inner labia.
These are vestibular papillae - clusters of pink, soft, uniformly arranged tubular papillae on inner labia, hymen or periurethral area with round tips, separate bases - is diagnostic of vestibular papillomatosis.
They are benign and a normal anatomic variation and No intervention is required.

Regards
