Question: Respected Sir, I m facing a funny and irritation problem. i am 28 yrs old 81 kg. Having some kind of skin problem in my anus and butt crack. i m facing these problem so long. firstly i thought that is some fungi i used anti fungal cream but not cure.. it is white infection. itchy some time. i can send images. please sugest me what is the name of disease and please also tell the medicine

Sir isn't vitiligo becoz i m adding some more photos of that and this time it is washed from water ( i mean wet not dry ).. at present this is not so white. as before /// some changes in color...
please suggest me what is this

You are correct it is not vitiligo.
It is appearing like mucosal psoriasis.
I treat such cases with tacrolimus cream and have seen good response.
You can try this in consultation with your doctor.
