Brief Answer:
KEEP HER HYDRATED

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for posting in Health care magic.

The chances are that she has acquired some viral infection of stomach leading to gastritis. If there is added fever and loose stool then the condition may have involved the lower gastrointestinal tract as well.

Try to give her ORS (oral rehydration salt) with spoon in small sips over prolonged time which will prevent vomiting and keep the baby hydrated. Give her esomeprazole granules (NEXPRO) after diluting with 5 ml water daily for 7 days. You can give domperidone (SYR DOMSTAL) 2 ml to prevent further vomiting, You can give domstal 3-4 times daily.

If the vomiting continues after giving ORS and the drug or the baby becomes lethargic take her to ER.

Thank you.
