Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Injury And Breast Tumor

Question: Hi sir I am female I got injury on my vagina on that itself I am having that problem during sleep time it was released and while seeing some sexual scenes on that time also it was released...what can I do for that now I am in 21 year old.and also I am having a tumor near to my breast whats my problem I am so scared to tell others plzzz suggest some solution for me...

I am scared whether I am having cancer or aids.i am very scared and tumor ewas appeared before 3years it was slightly growing with light pain

And also I already having psoriasis for 6 years...and now I am having kidney problem as nephrotic syndrome due to immune suppresion in my kidney
