Question: hi sir,
i am from XXXXXXX i think i am suffering from vaginal infection, it became red in side and itching too much, can you please tell me any vaginal cream which can be available in India(Hyderabad) and i can apply over there?

There are various different types of vaginal infection.
There could be fungal ( yeast ) infection, bacterial infection, viral infection etc.
Treatment should be started only after confirming the type of infection.
It is best to consult a gynecologist and go for internal exam with vaginal swab and culture, to know the type of infection.
You can upload pictures of the area, so that I can have some kind of idea about the type of infection.
In general , you should avoid touching the area, and please have protected sex until the infection clears.
Do you have any kind of burning while urination, etc ?

yes it burns while urination but only at infected places and it became red inside vagina
