Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully passed through your question and would explain that high blood pressure can be related to Vesicor adverse effects.

You can stop taking this drug, without any gradual adjustment in the dose.

Regarding blood in the urine, it could be related to different disorders :
- irritation or the urinary tract including urethra, urethers, urinary vesicle
- inflammation or an infection of the urinary ways
- a kidney disorder.

The fact that you have urinary incontinence, could be related to the lower tract disorder (urinary vesicle and urethra), including an infection, irritation, or stones.

I would recommend performing further tests to investigate for the possible cause:

- an abdominal ultrasound of the urinary tract
- kidney function tests
- urine analysis
- urine bacterial culture

Further tests may be needed to investigate for the possible cause.

You should discuss with your doctors on the above issues.

Hope to have been helpful!

Greetings!
