Detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Health Care Magic.

Well, if you don't take any iron supplements ,haven't been eating foods that can give a black color to your stool, and now you have a black, tarry stool , then the possibility of a bleeding in the upper gastrointestinal tract should be taken in consideration.
Possible cause are : Gastritis, Esophagitis, peptic ulcera in stomach.

If you continue to have black, tarry stools I would suggest to seek medical help and get examined.
PPI drugs like Pantoprazol, Omeprazol would be highly recommended.
The gastrointestinal infekt ( gastroenterits ) you had last week with vomiting and diarrhea could have make a gastritis or stomach ulcera worse.

Kind regards
Dr.Murati
