Hello,
Thanks for posting your query in HealthcareMagic,

If you are diagnosed with (unilateral headache) migraine, you can discuss with your doctor for the various treatment options.

If I was your treating physician, I would suggest you to do the following:

- Avoid any triggering factors like:
* inadequate sleep
* excessive exposure to sunlight
* avoid loud noise
* avoid beverages like tea, coffee
* avoid chocolates

- Check for your vision, if any errors found, you can get it corrected.

- If found to have migraine attacks 1-2 times per month, you just need to manage it with normal pain killers. If at all, you get frequent attacks, you need to discuss with your treating doctor to start with beta blockers, which is a preventive drug, and needs to be taken for a month and thereby helps in reducing the number of attacks.

- You can also take T. VASOGRAIN, if found to have severe pain, during a migraine attack, but not on a regular basis.

I hope this helps,

Please feel free to discuss further,

Regards
