Brief Answer:
need further investigations..

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Welcome to HCM..

I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

Now these are all non-specific symptoms which need further work-up for an exact diagnosis (however you should note that in an healthy individual these are definitely not normal findings)..do not worry as none of these are too serious though..

Some part of the symptoms can be due to improper sleeping and diet habits as well as sedentary life-style, but at the same time, you also need to go for few basic investigations like CBC with peripheral blood smear, serum Electrolytes, Vitamin D3 level, FT3,FT$ and TSH , which'll give a clear picture regarding the current scenario..

In the meanwhile try to have a balanced diet habit(Do not Skip your Breakfast), healthy 8 hr sleep timings, drink a lot of water-stay well hydrated, avoid any kind of smoking and alcohol(if you do)..

Let me know if you're having any doubts regarding..

Take Care
Best Wishes
