Hi,
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
Increase in pulse rate & bp after exercise & stress is a normal body response to increase the cardiac output.
This increased pulse can be felt in form of palpitation or pounding.
Still, I'll advice you for a TMT (Tread Mill Test) to see the ECG changes during exercise. If that is normal, than you don't have to worry.
